Packing & Delivery Terms
There is a delivery charge to all areas within Australia. International orders will be supplied ex factory.

Returns & Credits
If goods are to be returned to us for credit due to incorrect supply or faulty goods, please return them to us by parcel post and claim the cost of postage on your credit request.
We will not be responsible for any other freight charges.
Goods returned for credit must show our Invoice Number. Goods accepted back for credit will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Claims
All claims for damage, shortage etc. must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of goods
