We have been in business for over 32 years and have used this experience to source new and better products to satisfy our customers’ requirements.

In support of these goals, we have developed and implemented a Quality Management System that complies with the International Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001.

The Quality Management System is defined in documented management procedures, which provide clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the company’s activities.

Packing & Delivery Terms

There is an insurance and handling charge for all orders to all areas within Australia and New Zealand. All other International orders will be supplied ex factory.

Payment Terms

Strictly Nett 30 days from date of invoice.

Minimum Orders

No Minimum order value.

Tax

GST will be charged where applicable on all orders.

Returns & Credits
  • If goods are to be returned to us due to incorrect supply or are faulty, please return them to us by parcel post and claim the cost of the postage on your credit or refund request.
  • We will not be responsible for any other freight charges.
  • We offer a money back guarantee (refund or credit) on unused goods returned in new condition and in original packaging (excluding special buy ins) where these were incorrectly ordered, are no longer required or if you change your mind. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable.
  • This is in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under the law.
  • All claims for damage, short or incorrect supply etc must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Claims

All claims for damage, shortage etc., must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of goods.
